Doubtful, they’re asking money first thru a highly suspicious site. Very poor customer service and third class product quality. Never purchase an Agaro product.

Worst Service Provided by Agaro. They should stop the Contact Centre as they are not able to provide any resolution to any querries which I have. I have raised a complain 20 days back till now it is not resolved and they are also not helping. Not going to buy Agaro product in my lifetime again

Product s are good but very poor customer service

Agaro sells good products which I buy on Amazon. I am happy with the vacuum cleaner, electric spin mop & electric cleaning brush. The problem starts when you wanna order spares. After writing email to customer support, one has to wait indefinitely for a response. After many days a call comes & as the person starts to talk, one realises they do not read emails nor care to reply in writing. Even when a customer wants to pay & buy spares, the process is cumbersome. This is a HUGE negative for Agaro as a company. It is surprising that Agaro’s senior management does not seem to care. At this rate they will lose customer goodwill & may have to wind up operations in India.

Ordered for the blender jasr and paid 3000 rupees . Now no one responds. To the call or to chats.

Actually I had some problems in service,they send the head brush without the roller,it wasn't working with the old roller which was the problem,as soon as I complained about it,they were very prompt and sent the new roller and tracking with me about the performance ,Iam very much satisfied with the service personnel thanks service team
