Everything is good overall best product.

Just the thing is I can't work continuous with it within 10mins of time continuous working it heats up so I suggest team to upgrade this product so it can function minimum of 1 hour continuous so I can vacuum most of my space Thanks

I had ordered the hand vacuum cleaner but accidentally selected the wrong model, which does not include the stick. I contacted the support team requesting an exchange for the model with the stick, but I did not receive proper assistance or clear communication from their end.

Every customer has the right to return or exchange a product if it does not meet their expectations. However, the support team informed me that an exchange or return is not possible unless the product is damaged, which I found very disappointing. Overall, I had a poor customer service experience.

To clarify, I have no issue with the quality or performance of the product I received. My concern is solely with the customer care and the exchange/return process, which was not supportive or customer-friendly.

Worst service, for the very 1st time while using spark inside the machine and flame wire burning smell and machine stoped regarding this i mailed twice bt no response frm service centre

received a defect product I had contacted the brand through official mail and their help line number I didn't received any kind of help even after multiple attempts . Totally loss of money product and service is so poor.
