Very poor service I never seen this type of service

Last few month perchase agaro stand ata maker
The body suddenly cracked so please changed my ata maker

These Guys are such thieves that they have deleted the reviews that I put for the Stand Mixer. I am attaching a pic of my old review for everyone to see. Guys don't trust them!!!
In short, they delivered a broken machine to me. After 1 month of struggle, they exchanged the machine. After 1 week of usage, its lock broke.Then again 20 days they took the machine back. This happened on 26th July 2024 and till today (More than 1 month) , I still dont have the machine. Order ID A21351
Today when I see , they have removed my reviews. So, Just a caution for all !!!

I found this product at best prize on AGARO Website. It works well. The Bowl steel quality needs improvement.
Motor function is good.
The product packing and delivery experience was smooth.

Its a very good product, I worked very nicely for a year. But Its neck area got fractured due to vibration on working time.

This is the worst customer service I have received from any company in my whole life. Received a damaged product and they have not replaced/refunded it even after a whole month. Their phone customer service people have no idea/authority and they never respond on emails. Buy from some other company and don't waste your money.

Very irresponsible to customers who bought products and would like to refund. Though there is refund policy they deny that there is no refund policy. Multiple mails are sent but no response from company. There is no use in buying products from them when they do not respond to customer after refund/purchase queries... Very bad customer service...

Purchased and started facing fault withij 2 months, but the replacement has provided within 1 month and now itnis working fine. The after sales service is good and satisfactory. I must say the benifit is only the after sales sevice as compared to others. Mist recommended to others to purchase

First i had a problem with the product, after replacing I have found the product is very good even though I am using for commercial use. It runs for the whole day long. The product is really genuine..

overall quality is good one suggestion i would like to give with respect to splash guard , this need to be improved since the gap is too large and the batter spills when it is run at a speed of 8 specially while making butter milk .
