Delite Vegetable & Meat Chopper for Kitchen, Garlic Peeler, Egg Whisker, 2L Bowl

I bought the AGARO Delite Vegetable Chopper because the website clearly mentions that all the components are dishwasher safe. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely different.

The lid cannot even handle a simple lukewarm-water wash, which is very disappointing. If the product is advertised as dishwasher safe, customers naturally expect it to at least withstand normal washing. The information on the website therefore feels quite misleading.

I then contacted AGARO customer care to get the lid replaced, only to be told that the lid is currently not available and I have to wait another 15–20 days.

Honestly, this is not the kind of after-sales service I expected. A lid is a basic and essential part of a chopper, and having to wait 15–20 days for its replacement is extremely inconvenient.

I am more disappointed because I trusted the information given on the website before buying the product. The product quality is one issue, but the lack of proper replacement support makes the experience even worse.

AGARO really needs to look into both the accuracy of its product claims and its customer service. Customers deserve clear information and reasonable support after making a purchase
