The French press I ordered from Agaro is working really well. I mostly use it to froth my milk and also to make mochas, must say that I really love how thick and steamy the milk and coffee gets. I also love to make turmeric lattes using this. Loving the product and the affordable price. The product arrived in good sturdy packaging and also the accessories are looking good (I have not used them so far).

I am highly disappointed with Agaro’s after-sales support. My return pickup has been pending for a long time, and the refund has not been processed even after repeated follow-ups.
The support team keeps giving the same responses without any real action. There is no accountability or proper update, which is unacceptable.
A company can make mistakes, but how it handles returns and refunds defines customer trust. Unfortunately, Agaro has failed badly in this area.
I would not recommend this brand if you expect reliable support after purchase.
