I purchased the Agaro Classic Moka pot through Blinkit. It started leaking from the side within 4 months. The filter plate is very thin and has developed dents on it just from gentle usage and heating on small burner with low-med flame.
The call center people said i need to order spare parts, however this is unacceptable when the product is under warranty for 1 year.
If cheap material is used and wears out with gentle usage (used only 1 time per day) , the company must provide free spares and service. Or they must include 2 sets of spare gaskets, filter plate and safety valve in the packaging.

Can we get the spare (Silicon Washer) for the Classic Moka Pot - 240 ML. If so, how should I get it? There is a small leak from the Joint.

I ordered 3 items and they cancelled one of the items with no proper updates and i am calling every alternative days to check the status of refund. They don't even have a system to update the buyer with the status. Extremely poor customer services

The product is classic in build and works well with the coffee.

This works efficiently. Hope it would work this for days to come.

Works well with filter coffee. Only issue was that the funnel was bent and product arrived late so I myself straightened it with force instead replacing.

Excellent product, quite strong and durable, looks like it will last forever.
