6 months review. This fails to deliver a warm cup of coffee. brew is always cold and has slowed over time; cant even get two cups worth of brew in a single press. steam wand is short and throws out more water than steam. if you brew first, brew cools down by the time the milk is frothed. if you froth first, the milk cools down by the time the brew is ready. and cups keep vibrating when brewing. under engineered, over marketed.

Not good

It’s been more than a month since I ordered the product. The company sent the used product with stains and big evident scratches which means it was done intentionally. The worst part is their customer support. After numerous follow-ups on call and mail, they finally arranged for the pickup for replacement. It’s been more than 15 days since the product has reached them and no sign of the dispatching the replacement. Again I doing regular follow-up calls but their support team is clueless and everytime says that they’ll check with their logistic team and the circle is just repeating. My waste got wasted. Pathetic service.

Money worth and a complete solution for coffee lover specially capechino

Machine stops midway after it starts brewing automatically which shouldn't be the case. This was told by their executive while giving demo. I am applying for replacement!

Just one issue the brewing doesn't auto stop needs to be manually stopped by pressing the button again .
