The accessories are extremely poor quality. The soup ladle that came with the cooker broke within just one month of normal use.
I then ordered a replacement soup ladle directly from agaro. Instead of sending the matching item, they delivered a completely different design that was significantly smaller in size. When I contacted customer care with clear photos showing the original ladle (that came with the cooker) side by side with the tiny one they sent, they tried to gaslight me by repeatedly claiming "this is exactly what you ordered" and that they had sent the correct product. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the dishonest customer service. Do not buy.
Mainly I bought this why because ceramic coating of the inner pot .
Ceramic has healthy benefits and cooking ceramic makes not sticky .
Easy to carry on long trips .
For cooking time takes longer than pressure cooker and electric cooker because of ceramic.
Slow cook = healthy life.
I always prefer Slow cook it cooks for 2 hrs evenly.
Beautiful in and out, the performance is stunning and preset timer , keep warm options are very useful and conveniently 👍 good, overall good performer
I loved this. Its a best Rice Cooker with multiple features. Till now I used it just thrice and found it very useful.

This is a terrible product; it stopped working after I bought it. I'm trying to return it, but I can't. Do not buy this under any circumstances. You will only waste your money. The customer service representatives are completely unhelpful regarding returns and refunds.
I have not received my order, and it now appears to be stuck with no clear updates. I have also not received a refund. My emails are not being acknowledged, and when I call, I am told to email instead, but still receive no response.Very disappointing customer experience.

Well, everything is fine in terms of quality of the item,but the main issue I'm facing is on the usage. No proper manual provided. There are markings on the provided bowl and steaming basket, but is it for filling water or rice upto that mark? Also, the YouTube videos provided by the support team don't make sense as the machine ends up preparing hard and dry rice if I follow them.
One of the excellent product I have purchased, i strongly recommend this product.
Please make a video on how to clean lid. There’s mold on mine!!!
