Totally fraud. Only sent mop but did not sent charger. Charged 200 saprately but sent some electronic chip instead of charger. Even after 1 month of following, still waiting for charger. Even they are not sharing charger specifications. Mop is sitting as new KABAD in my house.

The product sent to me not working. Hence called for service. After lot of followup with customer care, they gave service technician number. Then only i came to know that the service technician were very much busy than our PM Modi ji. 😃😃😃They will not attend ur calls even though u call 100 times per day. Agarao finally gave other one and it is nicely working.
