Horrible after sale service from AGARO.
After 2 years of my vacuum they said they cannot repair my vacuum because the product has been discontinued so they don’t have any parts available and asked me to give them 60% payment and they will give me the same new machine of which they cannot provide service.
This is how they provide service no parts available not service provided specially the service team head Shubham don’t know how to talk.
So I would recommend no for AGARO product because of after sales service.

My product start working after 1 year, they provided me brand new product without any questions.

I have used this product once or twice a week. It is a decent product but needs some amount of technical bend of mind.
Are the instructions only in english?
How do people with no understanding of workable english manage?

Suggestions: 1)Please provide list of floor cleaners apart from Agaro brand that can be used in this machine.
2) A complimentary roller will be a nice gesture.
3) A free default demo without having to be asked for or register for it will be of tremendous help.
4)Must mention that your website 'product registration page' has issues which need to be rectified. I tried to register this product for extended warranty through your website and the invoice never got uploaded. I called customer care, wrote an email to the email id given by your executive for which I haven't received any response till date(its 23rd Nov 2025 today. I have sent an email on 13th Nov 2025).
5) please start a 'Loyalty programme' for people who have purchased one or more of Agaro products which will encourage them to purchase more and help you build a loyal customer base which can give a solid competition to non Bharatiya brands like LG, Phillips, and so many more.

this company is frod they never give service if your product not woking they will only buy time eery time when you call i am suffering from this from past 3 months

I have using other Agaro Products from long time and very much satisfied. But this product is useless, since it got stopped in a month and thenafter customer care is asking for videos and photos and giving replacement of only main unit (which happened thrice) and not entire product. Still the problem is active, the water flushes out of the mop from the tank automatically when you park the mop. Agaro team should replace the entire product but the customer care team is only there to replace of main unit and not to fix the issue at customer end.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

This product stopped working after 5 month of use. Customer care contacted me and asked for video recording of not working product and invoice copy which I sent it over what's up chat as expected. Later they stopped picking up my calls and did not tell me when it will be replaced. I am disappointed with not giving the clear answers. I need this machine to be replaced. Hope after this at least I will get the replacement.

I wont believe that my house is becoming now dust free. Really its brushless motor is amazing, now no need to go separate brooming and sweeping the floor. After brooming I was felt too untidy due to heavily sweating but now ho hoooooo.... I am doing this by switching on ac or fan and feel so comfortable. I am very very happy and thanks to AGARO. I have so many appliances of agaro.
