I have ordered the foot massager online from agaro website and received the unit dead on arrival. The unit does not switch on at all. I have reached to the customer support and registered a complaint and it’s more than 48 hours since I registered complaint and no one has reached out to me yet. I have even send video of the issue to contact email I’d and no response until today.

I am trying to call the support number. Many times it doesn’t connect and in case if it gets connected to auto answer, it keep you waiting with hold music and no support agent attends the calls and the call finally gets disconnected without being answered.

and the wait continues, Extremely disappointing !

All nice, wish the gap whetecqe keep the feet is slightly wider. Pne can perhaps be able to get massage even for upto knees

It's a wonderful product, however, after about 4 months use, it has gone OFF, not restarting at all. There was no user manual with the product. What to do?

I have bought Agaro Foot massager recently. On delivery itself the product was damaged. I have registered complaint with the company. But even after a lapse of nearly one month they have not responded to my complaint. Such a irresponsible behaviour from them. Never ever buy any products from Agaro.
