I recently purchased the Agaro Regency Handheld Fan directly from the Agaro website, and it has been a fantastic addition to my daily routine. While the product itself is top-tier, the shipping experience left much to be desired.
The Product: 5/5 Stars
• Powerful & Portable: For a compact device, the airflow is impressive. It’s sleek enough to fit in a bag and provides immediate relief from the heat.
• Build & Battery: The fan feels premium and sturdy. The rechargeable battery lasts through several hours of use, making it perfect for commutes or outdoor use.
• Quiet Efficiency: It’s surprisingly quiet even on higher speeds, which is great for office environments.
The Shipping Experience: 1/5 Stars
While I love the fan, I had a very poor experience with the courier partner, Delhivery.
• Service Issues: Their service in Kozhikode is consistently subpar. The delivery was frustrating and lacked the professionalism you'd expect when ordering directly from a brand’s site.
• Recommendation: If you are ordering from this region, I strongly suggest Agaro provides an option to avoid Delhivery. Their "last-mile" service here is easily the worst in the area.
Final Verdict
The Agaro Regency is a brilliant cooling solution that I highly recommend for its quality and performance. However, be prepared for potential logistics headaches if it's being handled by Delhivery in Northern Kerala. If Agaro switches to a more reliable partner like Blue Dart or DTDC for this region, it would be a perfect 10/10 experience.

Till now I have used it 3-4 times and it did it’s job but have issue with warranty it’s warranty is still pending at their end
