Metal Laptop Stand, 360° Rotating

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of the AGARO Metal Laptop Stand, 360° Rotating. From the very first use, the stand has been continuously shaking and wobbling and does not remain stable, making it difficult and unsafe to use my laptop properly.

What is even more disappointing is the lack of customer support after reporting the issue. I personally contacted customer care and explained the problem in detail. I was told that the support team would send me an email so that I could provide a video demonstrating the excessive shaking. However, despite contacting customer care and also sending an email, I have received no response or meaningful follow-up.

It has now become a frustrating experience where both the product quality and after-sales support have failed completely. A laptop stand is expected to provide basic stability, but this product is not even usable for its intended purpose.

I strongly request AGARO to take responsibility for this defective product and provide an immediate resolution through replacement or refund. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up just to get a response for a defective product.

Very disappointing product and even more disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
