The design and quality looks good only in pictures but its different when you see in real. The metal used is light weight sheets which bends easily. And the handle cover came out easily. Very bad product. They should make propee premium product never going to buy Agaro
Very bed experience. When I started use first time after receiving product. oven is not heating properly and food is not backed. When i call customer support they told product is not returned/replace . It will Repair. This should not right if customer got not working product then this is not customer fault.
I have received dump product received.
Product is good ordered from amazon but packing only from agaro still the gront glass was out of the hooks i arranged it back to its place but now smoke or heat uis passing from both sides of glass

For the price, it is good. I dunno whether it is a defect or is this how all the otg works. I baked at 180°c, it didn't baje through. Then I wanted to roast some beans, so I put it in 220, then it was nearly burnt. I guess I need to figure out the real temperature of the oven's temp setting. Since I have cooked much since I bought, I dunno whether it is a defect or default.

I received a faulty product and it's very hard to get a replacement. I have been contacting Agaro customer support for last 14 days and I still didn't receive the replacement and even the fault product is not picked from me.
