Product is good but the last telescopic part is not fitting properly
Don’t buy this product. The product came faulty and I returned it back but have not got the replacement product yet. I was not expecting AGARO to be such irresponsible and so bad at service. The customer care does not answer , no escalation managers if you buy product from them and if does not work then you are in trouble.

I ordered AGARO Royal Electric Spin Scrubber (Order ID: A58234). The product was NOT WORKING right from the time of unboxing.
I reported the issue twice within the warranty/return period. As asked by the AGARO support team, I sent a clear video proof via email showing the product even after also I didn't get any support or reply for this mail.
I was promised a replacement, but no response after multiple follow-ups. It has now been over 3 weeks since delivery and the issue is still unresolved.
Very poor after-sales service and response, which is disappointing for a brand like AGARO.
I do NOT recommend this product, not because of features, but because of lack of customer support v i a defective product is delivered.
