HONEST REVIEW – AGARO IS A COMPLETE FAILURE 🚨

I purchased an Agaro Foot Massager Machine from Amazon on 13th October

I gifted this product to my family on Diwali, and to my shock, the machine became completely useless within just 10 days. From that moment, my nightmare with Agaro customer care began.

I sent multiple emails, made several calls, and raised repeated complaints, but there was absolute silence for almost 2 months. The defective machine just lay at my home while Agaro showed zero responsibility.

When they finally responded (I have screenshots), they clearly said the machine would be replaced with a new one. But instead of replacement, nothing happened for nearly 3 months. After wasting so much time, they simply repaired the same old machine and returned it, calling it a “minor fault.”

If it was a minor fault, why did it take 3 months?
And if it had been a major fault, would customers be expected to wait 1–2 years or just throw the product away?

This brand has no respect for customers.

• Worst customer service
• Unresponsive & irresponsible support team

AGARO looks like a big brand only in advertisements. In reality, its service is worse than many local brands.

⚠️ Please don’t waste your hard-earned money on AGARO.
⚠️ Local brands are far better – at least they listen and respond.

This is not a fake or paid review. This is a real customer’s painful experience so that others don’t suffer the same way.

Very Bad Foot Masager Not Good Service Also

I had purchased this product at 2024 and barely used it for 1-2 times and the foot part stopped working. When I had contacted customer care, then as someone like me had mentioned he was not attentive, somewhat careless, and told me that the spare parts are not available and we'll contact you within couple of weeks. But no response recieved.

Again after couple of months, I had contacted customer care, then my issue was assigned to Sayan Das UCL. He had patiently listened to me, guided me, helped me throughout the process. Thank You Boss for your Service.

In a word, Yes this product is not that great. But, if we can use it with care, it'll be okay to purchase.

Additionally, I want to mention to Agaro management, please stop your courier service partner (XpressBess). They're the worst. Literally pathetic..

Product is bad bought it from Amazon on 21 July 2025 received the product n used it hardly 3 times n in August product has some problems it would not start. After contacting customer care they told that ur request would be solved after 3-5 September as they dint have that particular spare part so they closed my august request n told me to make another request after 5th September. Now that the part has arrived there is no technical person coming to fit n start the product again even after multiple calls to the customer care they are just replying sir we have forwarded your request to the concerned person he will get back to you in maximum 3 working days.
It has almost been a week but still no one has contacted.
If u guys want to save some money then don't but agaro products as they do not offer customer support after their product is sold.
