I purchased this product two years back product number is 33830 battery of the item not working.
Agaro Supreme Cordless Vaccum Cleaner is a must have household cleaning equipment. The Company arranged a virtual demo on request. Spl thanks to Ms. Atashi, who came online at the scheduled time to give the live demo and patiently explained everything without any ambiguity.
After the demo we used the product and got the best expected result. My Parents are also satisfied with the products usefulness after seeing the results. Absolutely convenient to use and after vaccuming its easy to clean the equipment as well 😊. The only suggestion would be to make the gun a lil more lighter in weight, if possible, so that the elders who have elbow pains can also hold it comfortably.
Received in good condition and well packaged. I excite to use this vaccum cleaner
Hello guys, I'm writing this review after using this superb vacuum cleaner for almost 30 days. The best thing about this vacuum cleaner is that it is budget-friendly, easy to use and lightweight. You don't have to always press the switch button to use it. The battery works fine for me. The motorized brush head is a very useful feature, I must say.
No spare support and eazy ordering of spares
Very Good
Very Good
Recently, I bought this product. I do not have much experience with the product. But right no, it is going great.
I would like to have the list of spares which need to be replaced in course of time, with the catalogue number and price. This will add value for money.
Most fraud company no after sales support products keep damaging after a year
The motorised roller brush has stopped working after 2 years. I am not able to find this spare part. Customer care number is not reachable for spare part. After sales service does not exist.
I purchased this product in february 2024. Took extended warranty too. But it didn't completed even 2 years n broke down in October. I was told from call center after seeing its video to buy its main motor for rs. 9000. Technician is also not available to chk n confirm the issue.
There was no guarantee also, if i buy motor then my vaccum cleaner will work.
My experience was really disappointing 😞
.
Happy with the features of the product. But Warranty Registration is taking too much time.
My new Supreme Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner was gifted to me. It was easy and intuitive to use however I still requested a demo lest I miss something. Ms. Atashi from Agaro gave me virtual demo on video call, it was sure very helpful. Ms. Atashi was very thorough with the technical content, without me asking she cleared all possible mistakes one can make in assembling and dismantling the cleaner. She also explained what to do in case of future requirements for contacting the company. I am glad to receive such a good demo. Thanks Atashi and Agaro
Tried many times to reach customer via email no reply yet regarding return of product..poor service from agaro..I don't recommend this brand service
overall it's a good product & really love to use it.
Demo was very good and MissAtashi explained it very professionally that was easy to understand
It is good to register the product for extended warranty, actually had purchased the Vacuum cleaner more than a year before, and currently some weeks before the charging batteries were not working. Good that it was registered for the Extended warranty period and the Customer Care / Service Team (Mrs. Ankita) had attended and reviewed the case, and got the replacement batteries. Thanks for the Team.

Have been using for few days now, experience has been good. Variety of attachments provided for multiple uses.
Very good and useful product. I became very comfortable for cleaning my house daily.
Looks good, let's see how it goes
Nice and comfortable
I am writing to share my feedback on the Supreme Vacuum Cleaner Model, which I recently purchased. Overall, I appreciate several features of the vacuum, as suction power of the vacuum cleaner is impressive and I find the design sleek and the vacuum is relatively lightweight, making it easy to move around the house.

And only one point that I have noticed that the battery life could be extended. A longer runtime would be appreciated to cover more ground without the need for frequent recharging.
It's a great vaccum cleaner, does the job thoroughly. I have reduced my moping to 2 times a week. The battery is excellent and can clean my 3 bhk in 35 min
its been a month i am using agaro supreme vacuum. its good.
