I Recently buy this from flipkart this product gives electric shock after every use when touch stainless steel bucket, suction power is too much low or accessories are not completely good for create suction to dust....

There is no option to give 2 star. I’ve been emailing the above mentioned email asking to return the product and no response at all. What kind of support is agaro providing to their customers. Really bad and not happy with the product.

This vacuum cleaner I chose after lot of research. It is in a good price range. Its been around 2 weeks now. Easy to use. Very effective so far no issues. I wish the wires cd be longer but that's ok I bot a few extra extension wires to reach my whole house. I mainly use it for Dry only. No major heating issues. Materials and fitment is good quality as well.

The product itself is decent; however, Agaro has very poor after-sales service. The dust bags are not available on any e-commerce platform, which makes maintenance extremely frustrating. I have been following up with Agaro for the past two months to get dust bags, and every time I receive the same response—that they are out of stock. My purchase has become a nightmare. Please think twice before making this purchase.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the ACE Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner 1600W that I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the product has not met my expectations for several reasons.
Firstly, the vacuum is excessively noisy, which makes it uncomfortable to use in my home. Additionally, the suction nap handrail keeps disconnecting, even after I attempted to replace it with a new one. This has been a significant inconvenience during use.
Moreover, both the suction and blower functions run simultaneously, which is not a well-thought-out design. As a result, the motor's power is not effectively focused on either function, reducing its overall efficiency.
I also noticed the lack of auto-pull and push functions for the cable, making it cumbersome and user-unfriendly, especially for individuals over 50.
Furthermore, I was disappointed to learn that customers cannot return the product within 7 days if they are not satisfied. This policy makes the purchase feel like a risk, especially given my negative experience.
Overall, I believe the ACE Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner is not worth its price tag, as the functionality falls short. I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before investing in this product.
