I raised complaint about dust pan is not working properly, when I contacted customer care they told they will provide a dustpan, it’s been already more than 2 months I didn’t receive anything from then, when I contacted them continuously I didn’t get any proper response.

I had bought the agaro alpha robot vacuum cleaner last November. Within the warranty period the dustbin gave me multiple problems. Now recently I found that all of a sudden the vaccum cleaner got disconnected from wifi and it's not getting connected. After several retries and even technician visits the problem didn't get resolved. Mist surprisingly, the technician took it to the warehouse. Fixed the problem and brought it back. Although it got connected in his phone I dint know but I couldn't connect the robot in any of my phones in the household. I have 5 handsets. Now the company is saying that they cannot do anything. What kind of service is this. Totally crap company and unprofessional staves.

I regret buying an Agaro product. In just 11 months, I have faced the same mopping issue 4 times.
• 4 times in 11 months:
• Twice they replaced the mopping container.
• Again I raised a complaint for the same issue. Even after 2+ months (till 17th Aug), no resolution because “mopping container is out of stock.”
• Their advisor himself admitted that many customers are facing the same problem with container quality. Still, they make us wait endlessly.
• In total, I have been unable to use the mopping feature for 4–5 months out of 11 months because of their poor service.
• Shockingly, when their executive visited on 27th Aug, he asked me to return old defective replacements from last year (Nov) and April–May this year—products that were already discarded because they never worked. Why didn’t they collect them during replacement? Now they are refusing service because I cannot return something I threw away months ago.

This company has no proper policy, no accountability, and no respect for customers.
They only respond when you post negative reviews publicly, then request you to delete them once they act.

I strongly feel Agaro is cheating customers with poor-quality products and fake marketing through YouTube and reviews.

👉 My suggestion: Please think twice before buying any Agaro product. Don’t fall for influencer promotions or polished ads.
I will make sure to spread awareness about their real face so others don’t suffer like me. There is no genuine service centre in India, also no professional trained technician.

Stopped working within 8 months. Raised a complaint and was assured it would be replaced and returned within 3 weeks, but I received the replacement after 2 months and that unit also doesn’t work. Several parts were missing as well. Very disappointing experience. Do not buy this or any product from agaro.

Don’t buy anything from Agaro.. I’m raising complaint about my Alpha robot vacuum cleaner from past 4 months nobody is responding properly… my opinion is don’t waste your money and energy with this Agaro brand.
