I bought it after seeing online review of vineet malhotra YouTube. He is great at advertising his favorite product. But the product is not a good fit if you want a y shaped cleaning for a > 1100 sqft house in one go. Product is decent for a smaller house. Amazon does not accept returns so be sure of your requirements. For return I called Amazon they said not possible for them try calling agaro and called agaro they said call Amazon.

Service is very poor. I purchased it in nov 2024 it has no dispensing the water to mop. I contacted service center . They created a complaint.
But not responding .problem was not resolved.
From day one, I’ve had connectivity issues with the app.
The map location shows incorrect data, and the robot moves randomly, failing to clean or dock properly.
Now, it is disconnected and cannot reconnect, showing a “Failed to connect device” error.
It seems AGARO’s presence is primarily promoted by social media influencers. After thorough research, I found only paid promotions on social media, with no platform for genuine public feedback or shared experiences.
