Heating issue

I would have given it 5 stars but the main issue is its heating its run time is just 5 min and we can not use it again for another 30min or so at first it worked for longer hours but after 3 months even though i used it for less than 7 times now its working hardly for 5 minutes i have raised a complaint with agaro customer care their response was not upto the mark they took almost a month to call me and the service person is talking rudely i have heard customer service is not good but now i have experienced it so think before you buy
