Agaro air purifier imperial hepa filter failed working within few weeks of working. Worst is product is not working. Company doesn't sell hepa filter. Online it is not avaliable anywhere. Shame on them for not making spare parts avaliable. Very very poor aftersale service. Same is for other products also. Spare parts not available. Poor aftersale service

Something is wrong with aqi it goes down with full speed and when you decrease the speed aqi goes up to 500, aqi measurement is not working properly

One of the worst product I have ever used.
More than that, the customer service and service team are even bad.

They really don't care about your issues. You ll keep calling and they ll hardly reply.

Dear Agaro mai 8 din se pareshan ho gaya hu aur koi solution nahi ho raha. Maine aapki website se Imperial Air Purifier buy kiya hai aur mujhe ye 19 November ko deliver hua hai ye product defective hai. Iske touch button thik se kaam nahi karte aur iska AQI sensor bhi kharab hai. Isme AQI down nahi aata. Mostly 500 AQI aata hai aur agar kam hota hai to sidha 100-200 bada deta hai. Auto manual mode dono me chala kar dekh liya Bahot ghante chalane ke baad bhi aur location change karne ke baad bhi same problem hai. I am also sending the video. I need to return the product because I have face many issue in the product. Please return the product ..

If a solution is not found soon. I will file a complaint with the Cyber Crime department.

I purchased an Imperial Air Purifier from the Agaro website and found it to be defective - it shows an AQI of 500 even after running for one hour. I contacted the customer care executive, and he confirmed that the purifier is defective and advised me to write an email to [****]

I sent an email on 20th November 2025, but I have not received any response from anyone. I also tried calling customer care multiple times, yet I still have not received any resolution or any communication regarding a return or replacement. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

At this point, I do not want a replacement. I request you to process a full refund and arrange for the return of this defective air purifier so that I can purchase a more reliable product from another brand.

This purifier works really well. My PM2.5 was around 500 and it came down to 30 in about 45 minutes. It’s very sensitive, so make sure your doors and windows are sealed properly (foam tape helps). The size is perfect—not too big—and it looks clean and modern. Overall, very good performance for the price.

Pathetic product, pathetic customer care….these people are frauds i am telling you.Don’t buy any of their products.They are scammers. First of all the product is really really bad and 2nd you won’t ever find its replacement filter and 3rd they will not listen to you and if you insist they will send you an old and used filter wrapped as new one which wont work either….

POOR QUALITY

I purchased an Agaro Imperial Air Purifier on 7th dec and I am facing a serious issue with the product. The purifier continuously displays an AQI of 500 and does not function properly. To verify this, I tested another air purifier in the same room, and it was able to bring the AQI down 80
Also sevice and response from company is very bad
I have raised the complaint in 18th but still no resolution given

Achha Hai, pani achhe se garam kar de raha hai. nahane me majja aata hai. Kavi kavi khana bhi garam kar leta hun, khane ka AQI ekdam se kam kar deta h.
Me to 6 star deta, lekin 4 hi de raha hun kyunki ek din ye dal pili ki jagah kaali kar diya tha. Isme mowmow achhe se bantaa hai, wo kala nahi karta hai. Iska to HEPA filter hai, usme coffee achhe se filter hota hai- filter coffee banane me koi pareshani nahi aati hai.

Baki sab to achha lag raha hai, iska shape bahot lubhavana hai.

unable to find its replacements filters... can anyone suggest

Extremely disappointed. Aqi showed 500 since about an hour and only the motor fan was working with no visible air quality change. Utterly disappointed!! Would suggest going for some other reputed brand.

The purifier doesn’t maintain below 100 for more than few minutes
Most of the time it is above 100

I'm extremely disappointed with the Agaro Imperial Air Purifier. I bought it expecting a breath of fresh air, but it's been a total letdown. The air quality in my room remains poor, and the device keeps showing an AQI of over 500 😷. I've followed all the instructions, changed the filters on time, but nothing seems to work. I was continuously contact costumer support and by mailing but from agaro side no one responded and solve my problems purifier is always fluctuating in close single room struggling from first day to till date ..demo and service not provided by agaro side and I was submit complaint for return refund but no response..

Dekhne me to theek hi laga, isliye manga liye. Lekin dilli ka jo hawa-e-mahol hai n uske liye ye bilkul bhi badhiya nahi hai. Jo bhi logan isko liya h baad me bahot pachtaya hai. Na to ye pani purify hi kar paa raha hai or na hi hawa. Lekin iska trimmer badhiya kaam karta hai, ekdam jhungjhung kar ke k baal saaf kar deta hai.
Lekin jo bolo badhiya samaan hai dekhne me.

Good product, but where to find its filter

I would highly advise against this product, much better to spend your hard earned money on some good company's purifier. Its filters does not catch any dust at all, the display keeps on showing the AQI number decreasing but it does not clean the room at all, I have been using the product from last 3 months and not once there was any dust caught by the pre-filter. How this is even possible that there is not even tiniest piece of dust collected by it and yet everytime it brings the AQI down.

Its just been a week since I started using the product but we can already see the visible difference on the dust settlement. Its quiet and it runs amazing well. hopefully it starys the same and I will write another review in 3 months.
