It is good while it works. But it stopped working abruptly after exactly one year of purchase. After sales service is non existent I think. Very expensive if we have to throw it away after just one year.

Worst service ever seen in my life for replacement. No reply to at least 25 calls, e mails, complaints on web. Agaro product review even on Amazon is poor. We have Agaro mop, nut milk maker, hand vacumn. Now, total stoppage of AGARO brand. If service is poor, company is bound to fail in long run

The product is utterly useless. Instead of cleaning, it just rotates dirt around and leaves swirl marks behind. I ordered four mops after seeing the advertisement, used two of them immediately, but the quality was extremely substandard. When I realised the product didn't meet basic expectations, I contacted the customer care team and requested a replacement of remaining 2 products with another product. However, my request was denied, even for the sealed, unused mops. This clearly shows that even the company is aware that this product cannot be resold. Extremely disappointing!

Electric mop if good but one drawback, if agaro provides dirt cleaner bucket to self clean mopping clothes then it will be super helpful.

Not very happy. Better cleaning when done with hand mop. Less surface area so requires lot of effort. Not good to clean corners
