Water is not getting sucked and the pressure of suction went low to dead. Hardly used 10 times. Reached customer care but very poor and delayed response via WhatsApp msgs. They have arranged for a replacement main unit. Hopefully it doesn't wear out in few times of usage.

Do not buy Agaro products you will not get any service support after you buy the product they don’t care and I was told product cannot be repaired and I should pay for replacement
Initial piece got engine leakage within months and then they sent me a replacement piece that got its motor winding burned within 2 months. I have been told by technicians, they r using aluminium winding and not copper. I am fighting with them on their whatsapp support via SR NO: 275712-Pressure washer service
