Disappointed with Product Performance – Not as Advertised

I purchased the Alpha Rechargeable Handheld Body Massager - Black from AGARO's official website, expecting it to perform as described. The website clearly states that the device takes 3.5 hours to fully charge and should run for up to 1.5 hours. However, in reality, the massager runs for only about 15-20 minutes even after a full charge.

This is a huge difference from what was advertised and makes the product almost useless for its intended purpose. I bought this specifically for longer sessions, and the short battery life defeats the whole point of a “rechargeable” massager.

Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and it's disappointing to see a lack of performance transparency. I’ve already reached out to customer support for a return and refund, and I hope they handle the issue professionally.

Would not recommend this product unless the battery issue is addressed.
