We bought this product six months ago. We haven't used it once since we bought it because it makes a noise, smells like it's burning, and sometimes its belt breaks. It's a very low-quality product.

I bought this product on feb 2024 work good for 6 months after that motor is not working about which i had complained they set me a motor which is also not working than i complaint again now they are just delaying it by giving me excuse of spare part not available not picking calls. Shit customer service.
Very poor service, I have raised complaint 3 months prior still not attended.
Customer care service was very good and our complaint was resolved very early.
I purchased this on 25th October (Order Id:A28649). It worked great initial days & provided 5 start rating on 14th November. Just after couple of days, unit stopped working. Following up then onwards but no success till now. This group seems do not care for customers. Very disappointed
