Service Resolution or Return of AGARO Products

While cooking, it filled the room with smoke.
The food touched the upper and lower heating coils, causing burning and instability of parts.

It seems AGARO’s presence is primarily promoted by social media influencers. After thorough research, I found only paid promotions on social media, with no platform for genuine public feedback or shared experiences.

there is no local service center in my area. All service calls are from locations 300+ km or even 3000+ km away, with no proper resolution provided.

Majorly in kolkata.

The lack of local service support and technical assistance is very disappointing. I request you to help resolve this issue at the earliest. If not, I would prefer to return the products and switch to a brand that offers a nearby service center for better support.
