kettle is damged not good condition

You have sent my product from Maruti courier and they not come. I am going their office to collect my product.

Warranty acknowledgement not received even after so many days of submitting the duly filled in request.

I will receive damage product. But still not give any replacement

1.2L is bit small 1.4L could have been better. And despite being a multi purpose kettle if I boil milk it burns at the bottom . havent tried anything else. Overall decent . and yes label is going off (heating word) as seen in pictures .
