I will receive damage product. But still not give any replacement
1.2L is bit small 1.4L could have been better. And despite being a multi purpose kettle if I boil milk it burns at the bottom . havent tried anything else. Overall decent . and yes label is going off (heating word) as seen in pictures .
I was happy after buying this product.The moment I received it ,I thought to make tea .But unfortunately I was doing some other work and it spill out of the kettle and when I was straining the tea ,I noticed that the label ,where the Brand name is printed ,it is little open ,which should be intact ,I think this is the place from where the tea/Water was leaking .I have mailed regarding the product return ,still there is no response . Hopefully I am expecting this kettle to get returned.
Water leakage and current issue
Whenever I heat water in it, it starts burning from the bottom and turns black. Same thing happens with milk. Although I heat the milk on heating mode.
