I had a very disappointing experience with AGARO after purchasing a Hand Blender with Chopper.
When I unboxed the product, it was clearly not in the condition I would expect from a new product. The blender blades had visible rust, the chopper had numerous scratches, and there were clear marks indicating that the blender had been handled or used by someone before.
I immediately contacted AGARO customer care regarding the issue. Although they spoke to me, no proper action was taken and neither a replacement nor a refund was provided. I also sent an email regarding the issue, but I have still not received any response.
This is extremely disappointing, especially for a kitchen appliance that should be delivered in completely new, clean, and hygienic condition.
I expected much better product quality and customer support from AGARO. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously, investigates the matter, and provides a proper replacement or refund instead of leaving the customer without a resolution.

The product is great. However, the chopping bowl is broken accidently. Where can I get the 600ml chopping bowl? please advise. I can purchase that from you. Please tell me the process.

As Agaro product is good and while purchasing any electronic products what matters the most was it's sales after service so I have a issue on this product after 9 month and when I register a complaint for this the concerned authorities or service person solve my issue in a smooth way So ,I am very happy for that.
