Rwceived Damaged and Used item full of scratches and poor customer service

I have received a used item which is in bad condition. The mettalic base is not aligned with the plastic top leaving a gap through which water can seep inside the wiring of the machine. I have been calling the helpline number which is landing on an ivr which inturn assures us of a call back every single time but we never ever received any call from Agaro. Wrote email as well and got no response on that either. Very bad product and super frustrating 0 customer assistance. I wish to return it and get my refund. Poor service! Never going to purchase anything again!

Delayed delivery

Item received in good condition but much delayed and with poor tracking information. Maruti courier do not provide home delivery so I had to go to the office to collect parcel.
