Juicer was working great but unfortumately because of my fault, I had damaged the part and purchase the it. The support team has helped me recieve the correct part and resolve the issue in the least possible time. I have received the part and my juicer is working fine now. I say it is Timely Service and is excellent.

I was using National Panasonic Juicer for making juices, which stopped working totally recently and was looking for some good quality product specially for making Amla Juice and Sorbet, and came to know about Agaro Imperial Slow Juicer and finally purchased it. I was genuinely impressed with the product quality and the main machine is very heavy, sturdy and well-built.

I am very happy with the demonstration process with @Megha through video call. She explained very nicely & replied to all my queries during the call. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the product.

What I really didn’t like is their pathetic attitude towards customer who has purchased a product from Croma Store, for which I had contacted customer care Service 2-3 times for registration of my product. But till now I didn’t get any update or email from them. And the height is that on call they say it will be soon done and I’ll get the email within 24 to 48 hours… still not received and waiting…!!!

I was worried when the feeder tube's lock broke, thinking my juicer was done for. But the service team came through, and I got the replacement tube. There was a 4-5 day delay, but it's sorted now.

The overall quality of the juicer is very good. Nandini was very supportive and coordinated the spare part delivery process efficiently. She followed up well and ensured that the required part was delivered.

The only area for improvement is the spare parts delivery time, as it took approximately two months to receive the part. Other than that, the overall experience was good.
