Third quality product. Both jar are getting leak. I used only 4 and five time both jar too much bad experience

Ordered on 30/09/2025 not yet received. No.of times mail and call no response. Agaro is not yet responded. Minimum no humanity is there. Agaro don't know customer is god. Without customer no product will sell.

I purchased a Marvel Nutri Blender - 1000W 4 months ago and to my surprise, within 4 months the upper lid's plastic started melting and the jar is full of scratches
Unknowingly till I discovered the fact that the plastic is melting it is 100% possible that the plastic residue had mixed with my food which is dangerous for our health.
When I called the service center executive he said that you must have grinded hot food in this- but I would like to inform you that I have very well read all the instructions and the manual as well and with most precautions, I am using this Nutri blender.

Agaro's Service is very very bad. Please do not go for Agaro's any product they are using bad quality of plastic

Spare parts are not available with them. Customer care team is useless. Rubber got broke within few months.

Functioned well for a few months. However, the lids with the main blades, spoil in few months and then they don't have replacement available. So your machine is useless.

All kinds of grinding is done quickly, and it's easy to clean the jars after use. Agaro is a trusted brand and all its products are world-standard products. I'm very happy with the product and after-sale support is very good.

I had a frustrating experience with Agaro's customer service and product delivery. After ordering a spare part and paying in advance, I was promised delivery within a week. Three days later, I received a message stating that the product was delivered, but in reality, it hadn’t been dispatched at all. When I contacted customer care, they confirmed the mix-up, but despite multiple follow-ups, it has now been a month with no delivery.

The customer service was unhelpful; calls were often put on hold for over ten minutes, only to end abruptly. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing.

Additionally, this was my second order. The first spare part I ordered was incompatible with my car washer, forcing me to reorder and pay again. The products may seem appealing at first, but the lack of reliable service has made this experience unbearable. Save yourself the hassle and consider other options.
