Scammers - Worst product, this will become useless in 5months and worst service waste of money !!!!

I bought this product on Feb2024, within 5-months the Complete left side of the product is not working at all. Voice functionality failed. One complete side has become useless. Simply it's like you have bought a product costing 1.5lakhs and it's useless now.

I Raised a complaint with Customer(9821486487) service executive on September. In 10days i got a call from Agaro ([****] - Nasiful) he said they resolve the issue by sending technician that's it. Nasiful is very abusive to customers like blocking the call, cutting while asking for solution, then after complaining about this guy, (7595994524 - Atanoor) this guy came and said he will resolve the issue in 2days, Till now the Dec2nd nothing moved from their end worstest customer care service and worstest product ever. Please don't buy. Sales, Service, Product everything is pure scam from Agaro.....

Installation - Poor took nearly a month to install the product
Sales Executive - Worst behaviour
AfterSales Service - Pure Scammers and worst.

Executive Ajay - Abusive Behaviour towards customer.
Executive Nasiful - Worst behaviour blocking or not responding to calls very annoying.
Executive Atanoor - so far only Fake promises to escape or avoid from the call.

Agaro --- Overall Worst company and worst product ever. Never Buy any products from Agaro !!!!!!! Their Motive is only money, without any value for the product.

Need to call Universal Corporation CustomerCare (9821486487) executives tons of times then only they sorted issues I faced. Worst sales-service to the Universal Customer Care team.

Make Sure to Request and register the In-person installation, because it's not a small product or not something DIY item with a video you cannot install. They will charge Rs.600 extra for in-person installation and it will take atleast 5 working days, wait and push from your end to get things done. Since it's a maximum costly product which is sold by Agaro, make sure they send a executive for installation and proper demo. If there is lag in this make sure to raise a complaint with CustomerCare (9821486487).
