Regency Air Fryer - 1800 Watts - 12L

I received my air fryer yesterday , connected to customer care via call zero satisfactory response but i agreed cause they told me they have raised my issue to the logistics department and ticket will be raised also asked will i receive my complain no. or something they told me will get message after call will be ended but nothing came also mailed them .
The pre-set touch pannel is loose open its falling out , has dent inside & the tag on wire for power output is ripped off also there is paint stains on the plug top. Highly disappointed on this brand same issue happened why i buy it from amazon i returned it , thought buying directly from brand will guarantee the product will be safe and sound but turned out it was worst .

I had placed an order for an *Agaro Regency 12 Liter Air Fryer Oven, Order No. A82001*.

I have received the product, but it is damaged. The issues are:

1. *The display panel is loose and raised* - When I touch it, it goes inside and pops back out, as if it was just placed on top.
2. *The product is scratched*
3. *The door tape is open* and it seems it was already opened earlier
4. *The side wrapping is incomplete*
5. Overall, it looks like a *damaged, used, or returned product*

After seeing the condition of this product, *I no longer have trust in it.

I am getting zero support from AGARO. I have never seen such a pathetic company. If they cannot even send a proper product after ordering from their own official website, how can we expect anything from other platforms?
I called customer care multiple times and got zero-level support.

DON’T EVER BUY AGARO PRODUCTS.

Amazing quality of air fryer I don't generally try new technologies but this one was a good decision. Oil free food here we come.

Today's my wife made oil free or less oily Pakoda, fell amezing and tasty & Crispy pakoda first time I have. Bcz of only I completed my dinner with chapati and veg grevy. Excited many more items to frye and back.

Bought Agaro Regency 12L airfryer from Amazon. First supplied piece had a big dent. Got a free replacement from Amazon. The second piece looked okay. But when started to explore found that the Right inside wall was bent and hence rotesserie function failed. Left front foot was cracked and soon gave away. Electrically okay. Have demanded replacement

There airfryer is good in terms of performance and its also available at huge size , you don't often get an airfryer with 12 l capacity. Others that are small require multiple rounds of cooking but here it's one shot and your dinner's ready
