Regency Air Fryer - 1800 Watts - 12L

I was really excited about this product initially, but just after two days of usage, the fan stopped working. That was very disappointing. I contacted the service centre, but their response was not timely at all. They kept delaying the service process.

Eventually, they told me they would take the product back. However, when the delivery person arrived, they asked for extra charges and didn’t want to take the product. I had to offer them money just to get the product picked up.

The whole experience was very frustrating. It took around 2.5 weeks before I finally received the replacement air fryer. The product may be good, but the customer service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I hope they improve their service in the future.

There airfryer is good in terms of performance and its also available at huge size , you don't often get an airfryer with 12 l capacity. Others that are small require multiple rounds of cooking but here it's one shot and your dinner's ready
