Product given are not handy and easy to use

I have ordered Agaro Regency digital air frier directly from Agaro website (order number A29192). I received the same on 5-11-2024 through Sree Maruthi courier service and upon opening, I found right side of inner cabinet is defective (pressed). The photo and video of the same is attached.
I complained the same on your whatsApp number [****] with complaint number 251655. On 7th November I received a call from [****] and asked me to send my purchase invoice, address and a picture of defective product.
After sharing the same, I got a message that reads "Will Do Replace It Will Receive in 7 To 10 Working days , Will Do Pickup Defective Product Please Hand Over Main Unit Only Please Dont Hand Over Any Accessories , We Will Replace Only Main Unit". Then afterwards nothing has happened. Everytime when I check the status of my complaint It shows, status-pending, Remarks-replace.
I even talked to your customer care executive, everytime I got the answer that you will receive. But when I again contacted your customer care executive on the evening of 14th November, she told me to register complaint on this mail id.
Kindly solve my problem and replace my defective product at the earliest (within 4 days). I am sharing the screen shot of message I recieved, invoice of my purchase, picture and video of defective product I received.

I received air fryer with a broken part. It's been 2 weeks, they aren't resolving the issue. Not even replying to emails. Atleast keep the customer informed regarding their query.
