I’ve been using this product for a year, and it worked perfectly during that time. However, after a year, it stopped working unexpectedly. Fortunately, the product was still under warranty, and I registered a complaint with customer service.

I’ve already received my replacement product. While I was disappointed that the original product didn’t last longer. I hope the replacement unit lasts longer this time.
