Worst customer service. My stand mixer stopped working after a year and it is under warranty still , they said it will be picked up and will be exchanged it's been a month now there is no response from the team , and now when I call them they don't pick up .Rima and sushmita from universal corporation who handle the customer service don't not reply or pick up the call . Sushmita mentioned it will be returned in 10 to 12 days and now it has been more than a month now but still no response

You guys delivered an old damaged machine and for the last 2 weeks, I have been struggling to get either an exchange or a refund. Customer support is useless and just keeps saying the order will be picked up. Not expected at all from Agaro.

overall quality is good one suggestion i would like to give with respect to splash guard , this need to be improved since the gap is too large and the batter spills when it is run at a speed of 8 specially while making butter milk .
