Product Quality Issue + No Customer Support

After 2-3 uses the water contener developed cracks and started leaking, quality is an issue. Never buy Agaro products. Customer support is very bad even within the warranty period. Product is not working properly. When complained, the technician messaged Record full video with the description and send same to him. All has done, Warranty Card copy / Video / Home address all provided, but still they need invoice copy. What type of customer support is this ???
If we had received this product from company as Diwali Gift, then how I would receive an invoice copy from company. If company Employee Size is 500-1000. Is there any sense talking with my company HR / Finance department to provide me invoice copy.

Very bad customer support

Never buy Agaro products. Customer support is very bad even with in warranty period. Product is not working properly. When complained, technician messaged record full video with description and send same to him. What type customer support this?

Steamer is good, but quality is an issue

After 4-5 uses which worked fantastically well, the water contener developed cracks and started leaking, when we tried to fix it by applying tabe on the cracks, it does not fit in
