Agaro sells good products which I buy on Amazon. I am happy with the vacuum cleaner, electric spin mop & electric cleaning brush. The problem starts when you wanna order spares. After writing email to customer support, one has to wait indefinitely for a response. After many days a call comes & as the person starts to talk, one realises they do not read emails nor care to reply in writing. Even when a customer wants to pay & buy spares, the process is cumbersome. This is a HUGE negative for Agaro as a company. It is surprising that Agaro’s senior management does not seem to care. At this rate they will lose customer goodwill & may have to wind up operations in India.
