I had a frustrating experience with Agaro's customer service and product delivery. After ordering a spare part and paying in advance, I was promised delivery within a week. Three days later, I received a message stating that the product was delivered, but in reality, it hadn’t been dispatched at all. When I contacted customer care, they confirmed the mix-up, but despite multiple follow-ups, it has now been a month with no delivery.
The customer service was unhelpful; calls were often put on hold for over ten minutes, only to end abruptly. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing.
Additionally, this was my second order. The first spare part I ordered was incompatible with my car washer, forcing me to reorder and pay again. The products may seem appealing at first, but the lack of reliable service has made this experience unbearable. Save yourself the hassle and consider other options.
