Amazing product to buy if you are from India..Nothing comes even closer to what the brand provides..wide range of appliances and very good prices...
On top of all that...Customer service is Agaro is Top Notch...even 5 stars fall short of their service they provide....I'm a very happy and proud customer of Agaro from past 3 years and I have used certain products and they never failed to impress...
Special mention to Ankit from UCL...He's been very cooperative and extremely helpful throughout my journey if I ever had any minor issues
Good and sturdy product. But if you damage or some part gets worn out, it is the problem to replace it. I've been trying, but not able to find a compatible or original agaro, high pressure washer gun only.
It's not more than a HOLI PICHKAARI 😡😡😡😡No pressure, totally wastage of money, I will never recommend this kid's toy to buy

This parcel was due to be returned on December 8, 2025, but today is December 18, 2025. It has been 10 days since you received the parcel, and I have not yet received a refund.
I called the Agaro helpline at least 10 times over a period of 10 days, but I didn't get any solution. I also sent at least 6-7 emails to Agaro's email ID: [****] for a refund, but I didn't receive a reply to a single email, and I still haven't received my refund.
I suggest that this is a fraudulent company; do not order anything from the Agaro website.
We already raised return, called multiple times, what's app all the details of the defective product none called for the return or replacement
The worst service from your side
U can mention that all our products will be available without warranty and return and we will get only a defective product
Worst service
Good product at a reasonable cost. Recommend for all.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service by AGARO, Disappointing Experience with Flipkart
I purchased the AGARO Supreme Pressure Washer through Flipkart, and unfortunately, when I opened the package the following day, I found that some of the parts were damaged. On top of that, the machine was also facing an overheating issue.
When I contacted Flipkart for assistance, I was disappointed with their response. Since the return window had expired, they simply refused to help and directed me to contact the manufacturer. There was very little support from the platform (flipkart) I had purchased the product from.
However, my experience with AGARO's customer support was completely different and genuinely impressive. Their team was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process. They collected the necessary documents, guided me through the troubleshooting process, arranged a video call to understand the issue, and provided proper assistance at every step.
What impressed me the most was their willingness to take responsibility. Even though the purchase was made through Flipkart, AGARO listened to my concerns and agreed to replace the damaged parts free of cost.
A big thank you to the AGARO support team for their professionalism, cooperation, and customer-first approach. Their service has genuinely impressed me, and they deserve appreciation for the way they handled my complaint.
AGARO deserves five stars for its customer service.
Just in 1 week the water has started leaking from the pressure gun

Excellen
Cleaning power is impressive and removes stubborn mud and grime easily. The build quality is decent for home use. The only slight improvement would be a longer or more flexible hose for moving around vehicles, but overall it performs very well.
