it doesn't give you a good enough shot of espresso, so it is a waste of money

the espresso shot is not of a high standard, the milk frother also leaks a lot of water which makes the whole coffee experience a little bad. wouldn't suggest you buy it. spend a little more a buy a coffee machine within the 30-40k budget if you really want a good cup of espresso.

Bought this machine and it stopped working in 10 days. Contacted the company - zero response. It’s been 2 months and I’m still calling them for a solution but NOTHING. Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Work on customer service

I don’t understand why and how the company is not providing a in house demo for there products. I am sure a coffee machine is not a plug and play device that a person will be a pro. I bought this machine and now they want us to operate is using some videos. I would suggest people to buy only if they are comfortable with such arrangement.
