Horrible Service

The coffee grinder is good but the company does not care about the customer. It is almost impossible to get response from them to claim your warranty. They only say we will get back to you but it never happens.

Value for money

Works well and decent specs. It's my second Agaro product. They have priced their products very well in comparison to the competition.

The nightmare starts if something goes wrong in the warranty period. It took me several emails, many many phone calls, tons of what's app messages and 4 long months, to get my coffee machine replaced since it stopped working. Service is terrible, products are decent and well priced.

I've been using this coffee burr grinder for more than 6 months and it is really working good and the price is very much less compared to others. I recommend this product who are looking for a burr grinder.
