Thanku for providing spare parts on time for luvlap pump

I have paid amount for the sapre part almost in month of September 2024 and till date I have not received my spare part. No response.

Immediately upon discovering this discrepancy, I reached out to your service executive via WhatsApp, yet regrettably, I have not received any response or resolution. This lack of communication and accountability is deeply disappointing and unprofessional, reflecting poorly on Agaro’s commitment to customer service.

This email serves as a final notice, demanding the immediate dispatch of the missing lid to complete my order as per the original purchase agreement. Failure to address this matter promptly will compel me to escalate this issue by lodging a formal complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for deficiency in service and breach of contract.

I trust that you will handle this matter with the urgency and seriousness it warrants. Kindly confirm receipt of this email and provide a resolution timeline within 48 hours.
