We purchased this Fryer on 30.11.2024 , we Can"t use Single time beacause of Power issue , we resigisted Compliant on 23.12.2024 yet not resolved as on date , More over 20 days Crossed Noone resolved the issue

I have mailed complaint about missing accessories but yet to get any response from them nor I get any demo.
I buy agaro air fryer 26 October 2024 and request for demo same day but today's is 05-11-2024 my request is still pending. Today I start my agaro air fryer but rolling basket don't roll. I call to customer care they not respond my request.. please help me
