Poor after sales customer service

I received air fryer with a broken part. It's been 2 weeks, they aren't resolving the issue. Not even replying to emails. Atleast keep the customer informed regarding their query.

Why your after sale service is HELL.

Your after cell service is pathetic. I have called multiple times the newly purchase airfare stopped working within 2 days of purchase. Contact immediately to the customer care but no responsi yet.

Your service is pathetic, airfryer not working

My agaro regency is not working, I raised a complaint on September 16th, the complaint number is 221134, everyday I'm calling them and following up no good response from them. Worst service team, they're unable to give any service, if these people unable to give service they should first stop releasing new products and focus on service or otherwise soon people will stop purchasing these products and they have to shutdown 😅.
