After 3-4 uses ,pressure is very low ,waste of 5000,this company is fraud,dont buy this
Brought this few months back, used it for 2 to 3 times the pressure of the water was really good. For this price it seems to be good. If we give our car to water wash they may ask around 500rs for basic wash only. We can do it now by ourself, it may talk around 15 minutes for car wash and 15 minutes for arranging and packing the machine.
I ordered the product on November 20, and it arrived on November 25 as promised. After assembling it and starting to use it, the water did not spray as expected. I contacted customer support, and while reaching them was relatively easy, the call quality was poor. They assured me that a demo would be arranged, but it was unhelpful and didn’t resolve the issue.
Frustrated, I emailed customer support on November 26, requesting a return. However, I did not receive any reply to my email until the afternoon of November 27. Thankfully, by then, a support representative named Jyotirmoy called and resolved the issue via a video call. His assistance was excellent, and the product is now working fine.
That said, the overall customer support experience was disappointing. The lack of communication and delayed responses are concerning. Additionally, the service team only supports Hindi and English, making it difficult for customers who speak other languages to get proper assistance.
