Quick and Simple Soup maker. Very good Product

Very bad product , worst customer service

I bought soup maker in feb it worked for 6 months and after that blender stopped working . Registered a complaint before one month . But till now no response from customer care after calling them several times. kept me waiting on hold.

Useful product

Smooth function prepares soups perfectly
Tried making dal (moonu with veg) in chunky mode. Came out very well

Giving only 4 stars for the following reasons
1.The instructions are not very clear. For example blend function works only when we are long pressing the start button.
2. Have to be very careful while cleaning as the plug points are exposed
