The jar was cracked on the bottom, haven't used it once yet, waiting from the past two weeks for a replacement jar to be shipped, the Customer carrpeople said that it was, but I've gotten no email or updates regarding the same.

No option for extra jar, company must take it seriously.. otherwise without jar blender isn't a worthy option!

We try multiple registered complaint but not response jar motor too much sound leakage also I purchased only 4month ago
