I tried to get in touch, but there has been no response. The product warranty just got over by 4 months, and it's been over a month since I first complained. I bought it after seeing positive reviews, but now it seems those reviews were fake. I am unable to file a complaint again as it gets stuck during the uploading process. I'm giving it 1 star because I couldn't get any help till now.
Agaro Supreme Cordless Vaccum Cleaner is a must have household cleaning equipment. The Company arranged a virtual demo on request. Spl thanks to Ms. Atashi, who came online at the scheduled time to give the live demo and patiently explained everything without any ambiguity.
After the demo we used the product and got the best expected result. My Parents are also satisfied with the products usefulness after seeing the results. Absolutely convenient to use and after vaccuming its easy to clean the equipment as well 😊. The only suggestion would be to make the gun a lil more lighter in weight, if possible, so that the elders who have elbow pains can also hold it comfortably.
It is good to register the product for extended warranty, actually had purchased the Vacuum cleaner more than a year before, and currently some weeks before the charging batteries were not working. Good that it was registered for the Extended warranty period and the Customer Care / Service Team (Mrs. Ankita) had attended and reviewed the case, and got the replacement batteries. Thanks for the Team.
I raised a complaint on20th May 2024 and the complain no is 168750 which was registered the same day. There is nothing wrong with this SUPREME Cordless Stick vaccum cleaner except that i have misplaced the CHARGER CORD for the same and have requested for a new replacement charger.Every day i have been phoning 3 to 4 times and reminding about the same but nothing is happening except PROMISES.I have sent invoice copy, photos as requested. Very Upset and Frustated -Such a simple CHARGER????? and i am unable to use the product.
