It does chopping in seconds. It's juice extracter is also handy.

Dear Team,
I recently purchased an Agaro hand blender. On the first day of use, there was a smell, which we assumed was due to it being new and possibly having some plastic components. However, today the cord is exposed, and it's burning ( motor may be).
Looking for the speedy resolution.
